The Supreme Court has reserved its decision on the dispute between Shwetambar and Digambara sects regarding the management of Shri Mahavir Ji Jain Temple located in Karauli, Rajasthan. During the hearing, Justice Pardiwala gave advice to both the parties and said that God will not be pleased with such litigation in the name of Lord Mahavir. The court has sought written reply from both the parties on the Places of Worship Act of 1991 within 8 days.
