Rajasthan Nagar Nikay Chunav Live: Political turmoil has intensified from Dholpur to Alwar, Barmer and Rajsamand regarding Rajasthan Municipal Corporation elections. In view of the voting on 9th and 11th September in Dholpur, the administration has declared a dry day. Liquor prohibition will be implemented from the evening of 7th September, while there will be a ban on sale of liquor on the day of counting of votes on 14th September. Police have started flag march and booth inspection in sensitive areas. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma will hold a road show in Alwar. BJP State President Madan Rathod held a meeting with the candidates in Barmer. Whereas in Nathdwara, BJP candidate Dinesh Prajapat has created a new political controversy by announcing his support to the Congress candidate. In Rajsamand, AAP has expelled its candidate Amit Verma for six years.
